Return of Goods
Goods may be exchanged or returned (and a refund provided) within 15 days of receipt provided they are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.
Goods can be returned outside this 15 day period if, despite the care taken in the manufacture and packaging of them, they are found to be faulty, but only if the application and care instructions have been followed and the defect is not due to wear and tear or misuse.
Any item returned must be with proof of purchase. The cost of return is at the purchaser’s own cost unless the item is faulty.
